B.,MSc, MCA, ME(CS), PhD, PGCMC, CEH, CCSPDr.Muthukumaran Balasubramanian, BSI certified ISO27001LA, NRBPT certified ISO9001:2000LA, Eccouncil certified CEH, started his career in 1988 with teaching at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering(SVCE) and moved into network and security verticals as Chief Consultant with Gemini Communication Ltd (GCL). As a CTO, he is currently establishing industrial best practices in security and network domainsand setting up consultancy practices in the areas of ISMS, SNOC, and IT infrastructure management areas. With a sound understanding on management and IT controls, he has carried out Information security (IS) design, documentation Audits, network and security audits including vulnerability assessments for various customers.
Prominent projects & consulting assignments include Gigabit Passive Optical Network for townships, consulting on large data base biometric de-duplication, consulting in layered security design design validation, security gap studies & ISMS audits for organizations like, Rane, Merrill Technologies, A.P. Mahesh Bank, consulting on black box data ware house audits & system audit for banks, 360 degree security stack audit & consulting. He is on the advisory board of ITNEXT’s search for NEXT 100 CIOs. He was a visiting professor at SMOT School of Business, Great Lakes Institute of Management & Bannari Institute of Technology. He has been offering courses in Information Systems, Information Security practices & Information Systems audit. He was one of the principal architects in establishing the campus LAN and gateway solutions for SVCE as early as 1998 including system administration, services management, forensics & incident analysis, security policy planning and practices. He was associated with Hexaware, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Review Net, Syntel India Ltd, HCL etc in different profiles.
He is an invited speaker and SME for Tamil Nadu Police, cyber investigations and delivers guest lecture son cyber crime and cyber forensics. He is an active member and the Joint Secretary of Cyber Society of India, a Fellow of United Writers Association of India and Life member of other technical societies With scholastic achievements in M.Sc, MCA, and ME (CS), PhD, he has published a good number of research papers and has authored technical books and chapters for premier publishers like John Wiley,Pearson India, Tata McGraw Hill, and Vijay Nicole. He is currently working on titles “ManagementInformation Systems”, “Information Security and Management”, and Business Channel dynamics andChannel management” for Oxford India.
Ms. ANANTHI RAJIAH., MCA.,Ms. Ananthi Rajiah started her career in 2014 with Research and Product Development in a spectrum of product areas. She is a versatile and skilled professional in the areas of Cyber Security, Information Security and Analytics. She performing Vulnerability and Penetration Testing on client networks and client side end user machine.
She loves handling classes on advanced concepts in her domain areas. She takes the extra mile to work on programming problems and is all the more excited to take up Hackathon problems. She has accumulated programming experience in Hackathon and the associated stress, with timelines and deliverables. She has carried out her final year project in the domain area of Stylometry which is just entering India.
She has scholastic achievements in MCA with the first rank and completed Professional Diploma in Cyber Security and Forensics. With an excellent understanding of LMS solutions, LMS Web Services, She works with LMS to create Learning Modules built on international Standards like SCORM and IMSCC.
Ms. ESCALIN FERNANDO., ME.,Ms. Escalin started her career in 2017 as an academician for computer engineering courses. She was handling classes in programming in areas including coding, building and testing. She was associated with agile management activities within the college. She has moved into the corporate sector as a Trainer and is delivering training programmes in the areas of Python, Java, C, .net.
She is also responsible for the creation of online course content for MOOC courses and actively manages the corporate learning management system with the registration of about 3000+. With scholastic achievement in ME Software Engineering, she is actively participating in research programmes in ITMR.
Ms. SUNDARI LOGANATHAN., ME.,Ms. Sundari M.E, A professional with more than 5 years of experience in the field of Software Development with extensive knowledge and expertise in Retail domain. Worked with HTC Global Services India (P) Ltd and experienced in developing, maintaining and enhancing retail application using Mainframe technology. Worked with Enterprise Campus Management System and EFIN applications belonging to the Property & Casualty line of business on Dotnet technologies. Currently working as Technical Trainer on Microsoft technologies, Big Data Analytics, IOT and Cyber Security training programs in Institute of Technology Management & Research (Research division of HTC Global Services). Extensive experience on Dot Net, Ms Office, C, C++, Share Point, Big Data, Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Software Development Methodology training programs to meet the lifelong learning challenges of enterprises. Supporting the trainees with excellent hands-on development skills, clear understanding of workflow implementation and a practical understanding of critical software engineering challenges.

She Started his career in 2011 has more than five years of experience as Assistant Professor and taught common core of courses covering Operating system with concurrent programming, Python, Data Structure,.Net, Database, C, C++, JAVA. She was also handling programming courses such as Data structure, SQL, networks, Python.
She has involved in academic related works and has also conducted national level conference. She has now moved into corporate sector as Associate Trainer and is training programs in Python, JAVA. She amicably coordinate with trainees and gives them hands-on training in programming skills and tools.
